1One of four actors to appear in all four live-action Star Trek spin-off series -- the others are Randy Oglesby, Thomas Kopache, and Jonathan Frakes. Armstrong is the only one of the four to appear in multiple episodes of each series.
2Has accepted to be the godfather of the Belgian Star Trek fan club BVC.

5His Star Trek: Enterprise (2001) character, Admiral Maxwell Forrest, was named after the late DeForest Kelley who played Dr. Leonard H. "Bones" McCoy in the original Star Trek (1966) series. Kelley died on June 11, 1999.
